- The Cleveland Cavaliers remain undefeated at home (9-0) and moved to 16-1 after a wire-to-wire victory over the Pelicans by a final score of 128-100. Rookie Jaylon Tyson got his first career start and played great in his 37 minutes of action, finishing with 16 points, 11 rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Ty Jerome also had himself a game, pouring in a career-high 29 points while knocking down seven 3s.
- Orlando saw their six-game win-streak come to an end at the hands of the LA Clippers and sixth ranked defense. Anthony Black and Jalen Suggs paced the Magic in scoring with 17 points and 16 points, respectively. James Harden (24 points, seven rebounds, five assists) and the Clips shot 50% from three (11-22), and they’re now winners of three straight to bring their record to 9-7.
