League Pass Game of the Day: Bucks vs. Clippers (10:30 ET)

Milwaukee's rolling as it heads into the Intuit Dome to take on LA. Here's what you need to know ahead of tip on League Pass.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks travel to LA to take on James Harden and the Clippers.

The Milwaukee Bucks (25-17) visit the Los Angeles Clippers (25-19) for a star-studded cross-conference showdown. Here are five things to know for tonight’s game:

1. Milwaukee catching fire: After starting the season 4-9, the Bucks are 21-8 since Nov. 18 and have rattled off five straight victories. During their current winning streak, Milwaukee has the second-best offensive rating (125.2) and defensive rating (104.6) while owning the highest net rating (20.7). The Clippers are the only team with a stingier defense over the last five games (102.4).

2. Giannis Antetokounmpo looks unstoppable: Antetokounmpo has been his typical dominant self for the Bucks, but he’s going above and beyond in 2024-25. He’s averaging a career-high 31.3 points, second in the NBA, to go along with 12.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists, while shooting 60.3% from the field.

3. Bucks’ 3-point accuracy: Milwaukee enters tonight’s contest with the second-ranked 3-point field goal percentage in the NBA, as they knock down 39.0% of their 36.7 attempts from long range a night. They have six players connecting on at least 36% of their looks from deep, and three players shooting better than 43% (Gary Trent, Jr., AJ Green and Taurean Prince).

4. Battle on the glass: Milwaukee and LA are both aggressive when it comes to rebounding the ball, especially on the defensive end. Both teams have a player in the top 10 in boards per game, with Antetokounmpo’s 12.0 ranking sixth and Ivica Zubac’s 12.6 mark good for fourth. The Bucks are elite when it comes to defensive rebounding, grabbing a league-best 73.6% of those opportunities. The Clippers are right there with them, though, as their 73.0% ranks fourth.

5. Kawhi Leonard ramping up: Leonard has only appeared in six games to date in 2024-25, but he’s starting to work his way back to being a two-way force for LA. Over his last three appearances, Kawhi is averaging 19 points while shooting 60.0% from the field, playing 24 minutes in each contest. The Clippers are 5-1 in the games he’s played in, and they’ll look to make that 6-1 on Saturday night.
