Bulls point guard Alex Caruso exits Game 4 with facial injury

Chicago's point guard was subbed off late in the 2nd quarter with a facial injury.

Chicago point guard Alex Caruso suffered a facial injury in the second quarter of the Bulls’ 119-95 Game 4 loss against the Milwaukee Bucks and did not return.

Caruso was subbed off with 1:44 left in the second quarter with the Bulls trailing 54-49. Caruso was scoreless with four points and a pair of blocks in 17 minutes of action.
