DOWNLOAD THE BROOKLYN NETS APP

Mobile ticketing is the universal method of entry to all Nets games, and it has never been easier! Manage your upcoming Brooklyn Nets tickets through the Brooklyn Nets App, SeatGeek App or Web-Based Account Manager.

Step 1

Log in to ACCOUNT MANAGER using your email address and password.

Please note you cannot log in with your account number.

Step 2

Manage your tickets by clicking one of the UPCOMING EVENTS

Step 3

Once you select an event, you will see all available tickets to manage by swiping to the right.

Here you will also SEE THE STATUS OF EACH TICKET - which ones have been sent, claimed, or listed for resale. Use the black bar to select which action you’d like to take, such as sending to a friend or selling.

Step 4

If you are using the tickets for yourself, tap the event you are going to and the barcode and seat location will populate automatically.

We strongly encourage you to download your tickets to your mobile wallet at your earliest convenience.

Step 1

To send tickets to a friend, head to the TICKETS section of your account, find the ticket group you’d like to send, select SEND at the bottom.

Step 2

Enter the NAME, USERNAME, EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER of the person you are sending the tickets to.

Step 3

Enter QUANTITY of tickets you want to send, and if you choose, a price for each transfer. Hit the Send Tickets option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent.

Step 4

If you make a mistake, you can reclaim the tickets at any point before the recipient accepts by selecting CANCEL. Once the tickets are accepted, you can no longer manage them.

If someone sends you a ticket, you will receive an email from SeatGeek letting you know you have a pending transfer. Hit Accept Tickets. If you already have a SeatGeek account, just log in to the app and accept the transfer.

Step 2

If you don’t already have a SeatGeek account, you will be prompted to create one, using the same email the tickets will be transferred to, in order to complete the transfer and access your tickets.

In order to gain entry into a game, have your tickets ready on your mobile device before you get to the arena. Save your ticket to your phone’s wallet before you arrive to ensure smooth entry into the building.

If you have multiple tickets, swipe right to left to view each barcode.

WHAT IS MOBILE ONLY ENTRY?

Mobile tickets are the universal method of entry into Barclays Center, replacing PDFs and the print at home option.

CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS?

No, the print at home option is no longer available.

HOW DO I GET THE BROOKLYN NETS APP?

The Brooklyn Nets App is free on the App Store and Google Play Store.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PHONE OR MY BATTERY DIES BEFORE I GET TO THE ARENA?

You can go to the American Express Box Office inside the Geico Main Atrium upon arrival to the game for assistance locating your ticket order. Please be sure to have proper ID and any supporting material regarding your purchase (ticket order confirmation, credit card used to purchase, seat locations, etc.). Please note: the box office closes at the conclusion of the first half.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FRIEND ACCEPTS TICKETS AND CAN NO LONGER GO?

Once your friend has accepted the tickets, you cannot reclaim them. Your friend can transfer them back to you.
