DOWNLOAD THE BROOKLYN NETS APP

Mobile ticketing is the universal method of entry to all Nets games, and it has never been easier!
Manage your upcoming Brooklyn Nets tickets through the Brooklyn Nets App and Account Manager.

Step 1

Log in to ACCOUNT MANAGER using your email address and password.

Please note you can no longer log in with your account number.

Step 2

Manage your tickets by clicking one of the UPCOMING EVENTS

Step 3

Once you select an event, you will see all available tickets to manage.

Here you will also SEE THE STATUS OF EACH TICKET - which ones have been sent, listed for resale or claimed. Use the black bar to select which action you'd like to take, such as sending to a friend or selling.

Step 4

If you're using the tickets yourself, VIEW BARCODE will be an option.

We strongly encourage you to download your tickets to your mobile wallet at your earliest convenience.

Step 1

To send tickets to a friend, SELECT THE EVENT and then select send on the black bar.

Step 2

Select the SPECIFIC SEAT OR SEATS you would like to transfer, then CLICK SEND.

Step 3

Select whether you’d like to send from your phone’s contact list or by manually entering someone’s information. If you’re selecting from your contact list, click the person’s name, then phone number and click SEND. If you’re manually entering information, fill out the form completely and click SEND.

Step 4

If you make a mistake, you can reclaim the tickets at any point before the recipient accepts by selecting CANCEL TRANSFER. The status of sent tickets shows the name of the recipient. Once the tickets are accepted, you can no longer manage them.

TIP: We encourage you to tell your friends to accept and download the tickets as early as possible, and not wait until the last minute.

If someone sends you a ticket, you will receive an email from the Nets, which will prompt you to accept the tickets. Clicking on the link directs you to the login page and identifies how many tickets have been sent.

If you don't have an account, you will have to create one. Once logged in, you can claim the ticket and view it on your phone.

In order to gain entry into a game, have your tickets ready on your mobile device before you get to the arena. Save your ticket to your phone's wallet before you arrive to ensure smooth entry into the building.

If you have multiple tickets, swipe right to left to view each barcode.

We strongly encourage you to download your tickets to your mobile wallet at your earliest convenience.

Type in your recipient's information, and click transfer again. This will trigger an automated email to the recipient that contains the ticket and other information about the event and the seats.

WHAT IS MOBILE ONLY ENTRY?

Mobile tickets are the universal method of entry into Barclays Center, replacing PDFs and the print at home option.

CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS?

No, the print at home option is no longer available.

HOW DO I GET THE BROOKLYN NETS APP?

The Brooklyn Nets App is free on the App Store and Google Play Store.

WHAT IF MY PHONE CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE BROOKLYN NETS APP?

You can visit brooklynnets.com/mytix on any mobile browser and access your tickets.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PHONE OR MY BATTERY DIES BEFORE I GET TO THE ARENA?

You can go to the American Express Box Office inside the Geico Main Atrium upon arrival to the game for assistance locating your ticket order. Please be sure to have proper ID and any supporting material regarding your purchase (ticket order confirmation, credit card used to purchase, seat locations, etc.). Please note: the box office closes at the conclusion of the first half.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FRIEND ACCEPTS TICKETS AND CAN NO LONGER GO?

Once your friend has accepted the tickets, you cannot reclaim them. Your friend can transfer them back to you.
