What is the BKLYN Exchange Program?

The BKLYN Exchange Program is an exclusive benefit for Brooklyn Nets full and half season members. This benefit allows tickets for future regular season Brooklyn Nets games to be returned for Nets Experience Credit. Season ticket members may use this credit to upgrade their seats or purchase additional tickets to games.

What is Nets Experience Credit?

Nets Experience Credit is the value a season ticket member receives when he/she returns tickets for a game they will not be attending.

How can I earn Nets Experience Credit?

Nets Experience Credit is earned by returning tickets using the “Return Tickets” feature. Tickets you are exchanging will hold a value of the variable rate. The Brooklyn Nets may also add Nets Experience Credit to your account for specific promotions.

What is variable rate?

The variable rate is determined by opponent, day of the week and time of season. Ticket prices are calculated through an aggregate of season ticket sales, single ticket sales, secondary market trends and more. Tickets can be returned using the Brooklyn Nets app up to 24 hours prior to the game for 100% credit, and within 24 hours of tip-off for 50% credit. Returns are disabled at tip-off.

Can I redeem Nets Experience Credit for cash value?

No, Nets Experience Credit does not have any cash value. In addition, you cannot use Nets Experience Credit for food and/or merchandise.

Does Nets Experience Credit expire?

Yes, any Nets Experience Credit accumulated during the regular season will expire on the night of the last regular season game each season.

Is Nets Experience Credit transferrable?

No, Nets Experience Credit is non-transferable and is only associated with the primary season ticket member’s email address.

Can I use my Nets Experience Credit to pay off my current season ticket balance or use toward renewal of my membership?

Nets Experience Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or applied to your current ticket package or toward season ticket renewal and/or playoffs. Credit is intended to enhance your current season ticket package.

How can I view my credit balance?

You can view your current Nets Experience Credit balance in the Fan Hub section of the Experience homepage located in the upper right corner.

How do I return my tickets for Nets Experience Credit?

You can return tickets that are part of your season membership by using the “Return Tickets” feature. Select the game, location and number of tickets you would like to return for Nets Experience Credit.

What is the “Return Tickets” feature?

“Return Tickets” is a ticket management feature that allows you to return tickets for games you’re not attending in exchange for Nets Experience Credit. This credit can be used for seat upgrades or to add tickets for a future game. Tickets must be returned prior to the start of the game. As a reminder, you can only perform one activity per game. If you have already used the “Add Tickets” feature or purchased upgrades for a game, you will not be able to use “Return Tickets” for that specific game.

How many times can I use this feature to return my tickets for Nets Experience Credit?

Full season ticket members have unlimited use of “Return Tickets” while half season ticket members can return tickets up to 5 times throughout the course of the regular season.

Which games are eligible to be returned for Nets Experience Credit?

All regular season Brooklyn Nets home games played at Barclays Center are eligible to be returned for Nets Experience Credit.* Preseason and playoff games are not eligible to be returned. The Brooklyn Nets reserve the right to disable returns at any time.

How is the amount of Nets Experience Credit determined?

The value of the credit you receive is equal to your variable ticket price for the returned game ticket.

Can I return tickets to a game that is after All-Star Weekend?

Yes, however the tickets for the game(s) you wish to return must be paid in full. If you know you will not be attending, you may also use any of the transfer, donate to charity, or post for resale options on Account Manager.

When is the deadline to return my seats in order to receive credit?

If the “Return Tickets” feature is still active for a game you can’t attend, tickets may be returned for full credit until 24 hours prior to tipoff. Within 24 hours of tipoff, you may return tickets for 50% credit. Once the game has started, the “Return Tickets” feature will no longer be available.

What happens to my original seats?

Your original seats are returned to the Brooklyn Nets and may be used by fans who are purchasing seats or upgrading their seats during the game.

Can I sell my tickets via Account Manager or NBATickets.com after returning tickets?

No, your barcodes will be deactivated after selecting “Return Tickets”. This is not reversible.

I used “Return Tickets” but then decided I can attend the event. Can I cancel my return and get my original seats back?

No, all transactions are final.

If I only plan on using two of my four seats for a given game, can I return the other two seats?

Yes, you can select specific seats to be returned for Nets Experience Credit.

Can I return games over the phone or through email?

No, you may only return tickets for Nets Experience Credit through the Brooklyn Nets App on your mobile phone.

Can I extend the ability to return tickets or use credit for a share partner?

No, the ability to return tickets and use Nets Experience Credit is assigned only to the email address of the primary season ticket member.

Will my original ticket(s) scan in once I have selected “Return Tickets”?

No, the barcode(s) on your original ticket(s) will be deactivated and become invalid for entry to Barclays Center.

*The option to enable “Return Tickets” is at the sole discretion of the Brooklyn Nets and may be disabled under certain circumstances, such as in the event of inclement weather or if the number of returned tickets has exceeded per game limits.

What is “Add Tickets?”

“Add Tickets” is a mobile feature that allows season ticket members to add additional mobile tickets to a future game when seats are available.

When can I use the “Add Tickets” feature?

You can use the “Add Tickets” feature within 28 days of any regular season Brooklyn Nets home game played at Barclays Center. If needed, you may also use this feature after the start of the game. Opportunities to use “Add Tickets” are always dependent upon seat availability and at the discretion of the Brooklyn Nets. You cannot “Add Tickets” twice, so be sure to add all the seats you will need in one transaction.

How do I add seats?

You can add tickets by using the “Add Tickets” feature. Select the game, location and number of tickets you would like to add.

How many seats can I add?

You may add up to 4 seats per game.

Where will my new seats be located?

Select the seating category and sub-category you’re interested in, then select your group size. You will receive the best available seating option within that category. You may also refresh the seats to see other options within that category. Locations are subject to availability.

Can my whole group sit together?

Yes, you have the option to trade in your current seats so your entire group can sit together.

What if I want to keep my original seats?

You may purchase additional seats and keep your original seats.

Can I purchase additional seats using Nets Experience Credit stored on my account?

Yes, if you have Nets Experience Credit in your account, it will automatically be applied to your purchase. If the value of the purchase exceeds that of your credit balance, a credit card will be required complete the transaction.

Can I purchase additional seats using a credit card?

Yes, you may also store your card for future purchases.

When are seat upgrades made available for each game?

Season ticket members will have access to upgrade approximately 24 hours prior to tip-off. To receive notifications when upgrades are available for a specific game(s):

1. Download the latest version of the Brooklyn Nets App
2. Select Tickets on the bottom menu bar
3. Select Manage My Tickets from the page
4. Swipe to find Upgrade My Seats
5. Click Upgrade My Seats and register using the email address tied to your Brooklyn Nets account and establish a PIN/password
6. Select the game, click “Get Text Alerts” and enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a text notification for each game you have signed up for, once upgrades are available for each specific game. You may also opt-in to receive notifications for all future games.

How do I upgrade my seats?

If you are registered to receive text notifications, you may click on the link in the text message and select your seat upgrade. If you are not registered to receive text notifications, please follow steps 1-5 above.

Can I use my Nets Experience Credit to purchase a seat upgrade?

Yes, if you have Nets Experience Credit in your account, it will automatically be applied to your purchase. If the value of the purchase exceeds that of your credit balance, a credit card will be required complete the transaction.

Can I purchase a seat upgrade using a credit card?

Yes, you may also store your card for future purchases.

What do I show to the usher near my new seats?

Your new seat locations and barcodes are stored within your Fan Hub section of the Brooklyn Nets App. Simply tap on the seat location to present to the usher. The usher will click “Staff Validate” to verify your new seats.
