Brooklyn Nets Sign Jeremiah Martin to Two-way Contract

BROOKLYN - The Brooklyn Nets have signed guard Jeremiah Martin to a two-way contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Martin (6’2”, 185) joins the Nets from the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA G League. In 21 games for Sioux Falls this season, Martin has averaged 18.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.5 steals in 29.4 minutes per contest. The Memphis, Tenn., native played four collegiate seasons (2015-19) at the University of Memphis, recording career averages of 13.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 steals in 29.7 minutes per game. As a senior, Martin earned American Athletic Conference First Team honors after leading the AAC in scoring with 19.7 points per game. He finished his college career with 1,625 points, which ranks 10th all-time for the Tigers, and also became the first player in school history to record two games of 40+ points.

Brooklyn’s roster now stands at 17 players.
