Industry City

Industry City is a 6 million square-foot 21st Century innovation and manufacturing district that is situated on the waterfront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The complex was developed by Irving T. Bush in 1895 as Brooklyn’s first major industrial, shipping and distribution center. Today it is home to a diverse tenant list that occupies the historic warehouse structures, along with a pedestrian friendly series of shops, showrooms, event spaces and courtyards.

Home to some of New York City’s fastest growing sectors, from art and design, film and TV, to fashion, tech and food, the Brooklyn Nets are excited to join the wellspring of creativity, opportunity and economic expansion offered at Industry City. To learn more, visit
