Barclays Center is committed to hosting world-class sports and entertainment with the primary goal of keeping all fans, guests, employees, players, and performers safe. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been working diligently with the NBA, New York State, New York City, and our own medical experts, as informed by the CDC, to establish and implement health and safety protocols for anyone who enters the arena.

Testing Information for Fully Vaccinated Fans

As informed by the CDC, full vaccination means at least 14 days after your second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or at least 14 days after your single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine (if you have received another form of the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact guestservices@barclayscenter.com).

This option does not apply to fans seated within 30 feet of the court, including those sitting courtside and in the following seating locations:

  • Section 6 - Rows 8, 10, 11
  • Section 7 - Row 10
  • Section 8 - Rows 8, 11
  • Section 9 - Row 9
  • Section 10 - Rows 8, 11
  • Section 13 - Rows 11, 13, 15, 17
  • Section 22 - Row 2
  • Section 23 - Rows 1, 4
  • Section 26 - Row 2
  • Section VIP24 - Rows 1, 3
  • Section VIP25 - Rows 1, 4

Fans who are fully vaccinated are not required to take a COVID-19 test. Full vaccination means at least 14 days after your second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or at least 14 days after your single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.

Please visit the Secondary Screening area located inside the entrance on your ticket where you will be required to present your vaccination card and a government issued ID.

Fully vaccinated fans attending a game will need to:

  1. Have your temperature checked upon arrival
  2. Present your vaccination card and a government issued ID at the Secondary Screening area located inside the entrance on your ticket;

Fully vaccinated fans attending a game do not need to download CLEAR and instead will need to:

  1. Have your temperature checked upon arrival
  2. Present your vaccination card and a government issued ID at the Secondary Screening area located inside the entrance on your ticket;

All guests 3 years of age and over who are not fully vaccinated have the following options:

OPTION 1: TAKE A PCR TEST AT BARCLAYS CENTER IN ADVANCE OF GAME DAY (at no additional cost)

This testing option allows you to register with Ambulnz to have a PCR test administered at Barclays Center in advance of game day. You can register for a PCR test on select days prior to the game you are attending. To view available appointment times and to register for an appointment, click here to learn more.

If your party has guests who are 17 years old or younger, please to review the testing process.

If a COVID-19-positive PCR test result is found, a medical staff member will contact you. You will be advised to contact your health care provider and follow applicable quarantine guidelines. You will unfortunately not be allowed to attend the game. We recommend having the account holder contact request@brooklynnets.com for additional information.

If your test result is negative for COVID-19, you will receive, by text and/or email, a message from Ambulnz and your results will be reflected in your patient portal.

OPTION 2: TAKE AN ANTIGEN TEST AT BARCLAYS CENTER ON GAME DAY (at no additional cost)

This testing option allows you to register with Ambulnz to have an antigen test administered at Barclays Center on game day. Click here to register.

If your party has guests who are 17 years old or younger, please to review the testing process.

If a COVID-19-positive antigen test result is found, a medical staff member will contact you. You will be advised to contact your health care provider and follow applicable quarantine guidelines. You will unfortunately not be allowed to attend the game. We recommend having the account holder contact request@brooklynnets.com for additional information.

If your test result is negative for COVID-19, you will receive, by text and/or email, a message from Ambulnz and your results will be reflected in your patient portal.

OPTION 3: INDEPENDENTLY TAKE A COVID-19 PCR TEST WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF THE GAME (ticket holder responsible for costs)

You are required to complete four (4) steps to obtain a “Green Health Pass” to enter Barclays Center for a Brooklyn Nets game:

  1. Download the CLEAR app and enroll for free using a government issued ID;
  2. Take a COVID-19 PCR test within three (3) days of the game with negative results;
  3. On game day, complete a Health Survey; and
  4. Upon arrival on game day, have your temperature checked.

If you are using this option, please refer to question 7 for additional details on how to link your PCR test results to your CLEAR app.

All non-vaccinated guests 18 years of age and older must download CLEAR in order to enter Barclays Center on game day. Guests 17 years of age and younger must enter through a clearly marked door at the entrance listed on your ticket.

*Please note New York State regulations are subject to change. We encourage fans to check back prior to game day and continue to be on the lookout for emails from the Nets.

For non-vaccinated fans testing at Barclays Center on game day:

  1. Click here to register and/or ensure your registration is complete;
  2. Arrive at Barclays Center and allow at least 30 minutes to complete the testing process;
  3. Have temperature checked upon arrival;
  4. Receive a message from Ambulnz with your test results (via text and/or email); and
  5. Upon receiving a green “Entry Pass,” enter Barclays Center through the entrance listed on your game ticket.

For non-vaccinated fans testing at Barclays Center in advance of game day:

  1. Click here to register and/or ensure your registration is complete;
  2. Arrive at Barclays Center and enter through the entrance listed on your game ticket;
  3. Have temperature checked upon arrival; and
  4. Show green “Entry Pass” prior to going through security.

For non-vaccinated fans who independently received a COVID-19 PCR test or tested with Everlywell:

  1. Download the CLEAR app and enroll for free using a government issued ID*;
  2. Take a PCR test with negative results and select your applicable testing provider;
  3. Complete a Health Survey on the CLEAR app on game day;
  4. Have temperature checked upon arrival.

Non-vaccinated fans who independently received a COVID-19 PCR test or tested with Everlywell must follow the steps below:

  1. Download the CLEAR app and enroll for free using a government issued ID*;
  2. Take a PCR test with negative results and select your applicable testing provider;
  3. Complete a Health Survey on the CLEAR app on game day;
  4. Have temperature checked upon arrival.

Health Pass by CLEAR allows you to complete COVID-19 screening requirements before arriving at the game. Upon purchasing your ticket, download the CLEAR app before game day and enroll for free by clicking here. Please be sure to download the app called “CLEAR - Fast, Touchless Access”.

To enroll, you will need a government-issued ID. Once you have downloaded the app, click the Health Pass tile and then select your lab provider. If you are unsure which lab provider you should use, please refer to your test results.

Guests 17 years and younger do not need to download CLEAR and instead must enter through a clearly-marked door at the GEICO Atrium.

Fans 17 years old and under attending a game have three testing options:

OPTION 1: Guests who are between 3 years of age and 17 years of age can register with Ambulnz to have a PCR test administered at Barclays Center in advance of game day (at no additional cost). Click here to register.

OPTION 2: Guests who are between 3 years of age and 17 years of age can register with Ambulnz to have an antigen test administered at Barclays Center on game day (at no additional cost). Click here to register.

OPTION 3: Guests who are between 3 years of age and 17 years of age can independently take a PCR test within three (3) days of the game with negative results (ticket holder is responsible for testing costs).

Guests who are 17 years old and under are unable to create a “Health Pass by CLEAR” account and must enter through a clearly-marked door at the GEICO Atrium and go to the Secondary Screening area. Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR result from one of the above options will be required.

If a COVID-19-positive PCR or antigen test result is found, a representative will contact you. You will be advised to contact your health care provider and follow applicable quarantine guidelines. You will unfortunately not be allowed to attend the game.

Ticketing Information

Ticketmaster is the official ticket provider of the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. To purchase tickets, please click here.

The maximum number of tickets you can buy is four per game.

Seats are available throughout the arena. Luxury suites and other premium seating options are available. To learn more, please call 718-257-8483.

In keeping with New York State guidelines, seating pods will be physically distanced from each other.

If you are sick on the day of the event, we ask that you stay home and contact us at request@brooklynnets.com.

Arena Information

Everyone entering Barclays Center over the age of two is required to wear a face mask that completely covers their nose and mouth. Permissible face masks include surgical masks, medical-grade masks, or multi-layer cloth masks. Single layer cloth masks, neck gaiters, bandanas, and masks with valves or vents are not permitted. Face masks are required at all times while inside the arena and on the arena plaza awaiting entry, except when actively eating or drinking in designated areas where such activities may be permitted.

Per New York State guidelines, Barclays Center can host fans at 10% capacity.

Doors open two hours prior to tip-off each game day. Please use the entrance listed on your mobile ticket.

  • Select concessions stands are open for walk up service. All food and beverage items are individually packaged. Stands will have plexiglass shields and socially distant queues to ensure safety.
  • All food and beverage transactions are cashless and can be paid for with a credit card, debit card, most major digital wallet payment platforms or with a ReadyCard. ReadyCards can be redeemed free of charge at one of the cash conversion machines (Sections 7, 21, 31, 205 and 227) for customers who prefer to use cash. For more information, please click here.
  • Depending on seating location, select fans can place orders on their cell phone through a QR code that will be in their cup holder upon arrival. You will not need to download a mobile application to place an order. Orders will be delivered to your seat within 10-15 minutes of order confirmation.
  • Kosher options are available as well.

Guests may only eat in their seating locations (with the exception of courtside where no eating or drinking is permitted), at which point taking off a mask is permitted. Guests must wear masks at all other times, except when actively eating or drinking.

Merchandise pop-up locations will be open at Section 9 and Section 23. A limited selection of merchandise will be available on gameday so we encourage you to pre-order on NetsStore.com. Please pre-order 48 hours prior to the game. Customers who pre-order within this timeframe will receive a free Nets foam finger. When placing your order on NetsStore.com, select “Ticketed Fan Pickup” as your shipping option and include a note in your order stating the game you are attending. Pre-orders will be available at the Section 9 Swag Shop upon entering Barclays Center. Per NBA guidelines, merchandise received on gameday cannot be tried on, returned, or exchanged.
