Executive Vice President, Chief Experience Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer for BSE Global, Leo is responsible for further improving the customer experience at Barclays Center, working closely with all areas of the company, including sales, security, guest services, food and beverage, programming, hospitality, analytics, marketing, communications, ticketing, and transportation. In addition, he coordinates event hospitality for ownership and our celebrity VIP’s, oversees the seamless communication with basketball operations, and manages many business relationships at BSE Global.
In his 25-year tenure with the organization, Ehrline has been a key contributor across many aspects of the business. He played a major role in the organization's move from New Jersey to Brooklyn and the Opening of Barclays Center. Still fondly remembers the Jersey days.
Prior to joining the Nets, Ehrline spent 19 years at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. He had a steady ascent up the corporate ladder, working his way from the accounting office to the box office, and eventually managing all marketing and sales efforts at the Meadowlands.
A native of Medford, N.J., Ehrline graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1977. He resides in Jersey City, NJ, and he and his wife Kathy, spend most of their free time down the Jersey shore. His has two sons, Leo IV and John, and a grandson, Leo V.
