The Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy is a way to reach more youth basketball players throughout the year. It brings the excitement of the NBA to the Tri-State area and is the strongest source for professional basketball training for every skill level of the game. The Academy encourages fundamental basketball play with an emphasis on education.
The Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy is dedicated to helping athletes achieve fundamental basketball skills by utilizing elite training techniques and a distinctive coaching style that stresses physical improvement, mental growth and leadership skills necessary for success.

Throughout the year the Nets will host weekend and weeklong camps for children ages 6-14 years old. Participants will learn basketball fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development rooted in the concepts of Brooklyn Nets basketball.

The Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy will host regularly scheduled one day clinics throughout the tri-state area that focus on skill development and high quality instruction. All skill levels are welcome but clinics are best suited for players serious about working on their game.

Dell is a former high school standout at Paterson Catholic and Olney Central College. After his playing career he began coaching for Dwight Englewood High School (Englewood, NJ). He is currently the owner and operator of 3D Basketball and the Head Clinician for the Brooklyn Nets Basketball Academy.
Julia Smith is a certified health coach and former pro athlete in basketball and track and field. Julia has over 15 years of coaching working in the field of youth development. Some of her experiences include Division 1 basketball camps, coaching for the Packer Collegiate High School varsity team and serving as a clinician for Jr. NBA basketball camps and clinics.
