Tonight’s six-game slate features five matchups with a spread of no higher than 4.5. That should make for some exciting basketball.
After reviewing each game, I’ve added my favorite bets for tonight’s games.

Indiana Pacers vs. Brooklyn Nets
The Indiana Pacers are on a three-game losing streak. Their defense has allowed at least 122 points in three consecutive games, and they have been blown out by double-digits in all three games.
But now, despite being on the road, they’re favorites against the Nets. The Pacers have a below-average offense but will take on a Nets squad that is very poor defensively. After all, the Nets have allowed 118.7 points per 100 possessions and have given up an effective field goal percentage of 56.7%.
The Pacers should be able to take advantage of that and get good looks. In addition, the Nets allow nearly 30% of offensive rebounds. Don’t be surprised if the Pacers are a bit more aggressive on the offensive glass and add more offensive rebounds in this game. The Pacers should also see the foul line at a high rate, knowing the Nets have allowed a 23.7% free throw rate this season.
On the other hand, the Pacers have given up 118.2 points per 100 possessions and rank 29th in defensive effective field goal percentage. The Nets might not have Cam Thomas, but the offense has still added a 55.3% effective field goal percentage per game. Recently, the offense has taken a hit, but a game against the Pacers is exactly what the doctor ordered.
Let’s take the over.
Pick: Over 226.5 Points (-110)
Atlanta Hawks vs. Milwaukee Bucks
This is a battle between a couple of red-hot teams.
The Hawks have won four consecutive games, including two against Cleveland and two against Charlotte and New Orleans. On the other hand, the Bucks have won seven straight games and are now 11-9 and firmly in playoff contention in the Eastern Conference.
It’s incredible what a difference a few weeks can make.
The Bucks are officially a top-10 offense. The team ranks ninth in the NBA in points per 100 possessions and has shot a 57.5% effective field goal percentage. At home, especially, the Bucks can take advantage of the Hawks.
Atlanta has allowed a 57.5% effective field goal percentage, which ranks 23rd in the NBA. Therefore, the Bucks can expect some good looks in tonight’s game.
Meanwhile, the Bucks won’t force many turnovers, but they’ll force many more difficult shots than the Hawks. The Bucks have allowed an effective field goal percentage of 53.6%, ranking ninth in the NBA.
Ultimately, the Hawks take advantage of the offensive glass and foul line. But the Bucks are very disciplined on defense in these two areas.
That’s why I’ll roll with Bucks -4.5.
Pick: Bucks -4.5 (-105)
