The Memphis Grizzlies will host the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night at the FedExForum with tipoff set for 8:00 PM ET. After an unsuccessful four-game trip out west ended with a loss at Golden State, the Grizzlies will host the Suns and will be looking to extend their home winning streak to eight games. Memphis is tied with the Warriors for the best home record in the Western Conference at 13-2. Ja Morant has two triple-doubles in his past three home games and is averaging 26.8 points, 7.9 assists, and 6.4 rebounds this season. Phoenix has lost three straight games with leading scorer Devin Booker mostly sidelined with a groin injury. Booker joins guards Landry Shamet, Cameron Payne, and forward Cameron Johnson in being ruled out of Tuesday’s road game.

Grizzlies vs Suns Best Bets
Grizzlies -8 (-110 DraftKings)
Both teams will be looking to rebound from Christmas Day losses when they meet for the 2nd time in less than a week today. Memphis destroyed the Suns last week 125-100. The Suns are just as shorthanded now as they were then with two of their best players in Booker and Johnson both out. Even worse, their top player off the bench who has been carrying them lately, Landry Shamet, is also out. Their defense has been porous over their last 10 games as they have given up over 118 points per game. This plays right into the Grizzlies’ plans as they love to push the ball and Ja Morant has been spectacular as of late. Memphis is as healthy as they have been all season as the return of shooting guard Desmond Bane from injury has boosted them even higher. Memphis also ranks as the NBA’s most efficient defensive team so far in December. To top it off, they are 11-3-1 against the spread at home, and when looking from a long-term perspective, are 36-14-1 ATS in their last 51 home games.

Grizzlies vs Sun Game Under 226.5 Points (-110 DraftKings)
Phoenix will be without their two of their best scorers on Tuesday in Devin Booker and Landry Shamet. They are likely to slow the ball down and run more half-court offense through Chris Paul and DeAndre Ayton. Memphis has been playing with passion on defense for one of the first stretches in a long time. Because of this, the under has gone 4-0 in their last four games. Head-to-head, the under is also 8-3 in the last 11 meetings between these teams.
