ORLANDO -- If you’ve checked your social timeline recently, chances are you’ve seen someone pouring ice water over their head.

While some social phenomena exist without purpose, the “Ice Bucket Challenge” often involves daring a select group of people to dump a bucket of ice water over their heads in the next 24 hours, or donate money – usually $100 – towards battling ALS.

The Orlando Magic have joined in on the social craze led by STUFF the Magic Mascot, who was among the pioneers of the challenge, completing it over two months ago with an extreme nine tubs of pure ice water.
