      Keeping the health and safety of our fans and employees at the forefront of everything we do, we will be following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as local officials, the NBA and experts from AdventHealth. Please read the following information carefully before attending an Orlando Magic event at Amway Center.Updated February 22, 2022

      Leave Your Bags at Home

      Bags are prohibited for Orlando Magic events at Amway Center.

      • Medical and parent bags are exceptions, but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to the Amway Center.
      • Small clutches no larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches are also allowed.

      Face Coverings Encouraged For All Fans

      We ask that all fans over the age of two, vaccinated or unvaccinated, wear a face covering at all times while in attendance, except when actively eating or drinking.

      • Per CDC guidelines, both individuals who are and are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are advised to wear a mask indoors in public.
      • Bandanas, gaiters, face coverings with vents, and face coverings with only a single layer of fabric are not acceptable.

      Seating for Orlando Magic games and events has returned to 100% capacity.

      All concession and merchandise sales are now cashless.

      • Pay with debit or credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay or the Orlando Magic App sponsored by Verizon.
      • Avoid lines at concessions, and place your food order through the Orlando Magic App.

      Assumption of Risk

      An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

      Any interaction in any public place poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By entering the Amway Center, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
