Lakers digital tickets are now mobile only.

Download the Lakers Mobile app to access your barcode and scan into STAPLES Center on gameday.

Mobile barcodes will be available starting 4 days prior to each game.

Quickly view, send, sell, and donate tickets directly from the Lakers app or lakers.com/stmlogin.

Click on each game to view your tickets and available management options.

Scan your barcodes directly from your phone, or add tickets to your mobile wallet.

STEP 1

Click on the desired game, click Send, and select the specific seat(s) you would like to transfer.

STEP 2

Choose your recipient’s info from the address book on your phone, or enter an e-mail address or mobile phone number manually.

STEP 3

Verify the recipient’s information and click Send Tickets. If you entered a mobile number, you will be prompted to send a text message.
*A link to accept the transfer will be sent to your recipient, who must accept the seat(s) prior to the start of the game.

STEP 1

Click the Accept Tickets link in your email.

STEP 2

Log In or create a new Lakers Account Manager account using your e-mail address.

STEP 3

Click the Accept button to accept the transfer
*Please note: Your mobile barcode will not be visible until four days before the game.

Click on the desired game, select the transferred seat(s), and click Cancel Transfer.
*Please note: Transfers can only be reclaimed before they have been accepted by the recipient.

STEP 2

Click Yes to reclaim the ticket(s).

STEP 3

Your ticket(s) will be returned to your account and available to manage.

Click on the desired game, click Sell, and select the seat(s) you would like to sell.
Please note: Not all tickets are eligible for resale.

Set your asking price and click Payout Method.

Enter your payout method and click Confirm.

Click Sell Tickets to complete your listing.

Please note: Ticket donations must be made through Account Manager Online, and are not currently available through the Lakers app.

Click on the desired game, click the three dots to the right of the Sell button, and click Donate.
*Please note: Donate may not be available if the game is more than two weeks away, it is less than one hour before the game, or the donation limit has already been met.

STEP 2

Select the seat(s) you would like to donate and click Donate.

STEP 3

Choose the charity from the dropdown and click Continue.

STEP 4

Click Confirm to complete your donation.
Please note: Once you confirm your donation, you will not be able to reclaim the tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Account Manager?
Account Manager is the online portal to manage your Lakers Season Tickets. You can use Account Manager to quickly view, send, sell, donate, and scan tickets from your phone.

How do I get to Account Manager?
You can access Account Manager via lakers.com/stmlogin or through the Lakers Mobile App, available for both iPhone and Android.

Can I print my tickets?
There will be no printed PDF e-tickets this season. All digital tickets will need to be scanned from a mobile device for entrance into STAPLES Center. To send your tickets to someone else, you will need to transfer your tickets through Account Manager.

Are screenshots of mobile barcodes valid for entry?
Tickets must be scanned through Lakers Account Manager or your Apple/Google Wallet. Screenshots of mobile barcodes are not permitted. Tickets can be sent to others using ticket transferring through Account Manager.

What is ticket transferring?
Ticket transferring allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid e-mail address. With the Lakers Mobile App, you can text or e-mail a link to transfer your tickets. Once your recipient clicks the link, logs in an accepts the tickets, they will be able to view their mobile barcode starting four (4) days prior to the game.

What happens to my hard tickets after they’ve been transferred?
Once tickets have been transferred and accepted by your recipient, the original tickets will not be valid.

How does my recipient get the tickets?
Your recipient will need to click the link in the e-mail they received and log into Account Manager, or create a new account. Once they log in, they will need to click “Accept” before the start of the game.

Why am I not able to transfer tickets for a game?
transferring may not be available if tickets have already been transferred, the game has already started, or if the game has not yet been paid off. Please contact your Customer Service Specialist with any issues.

Are there fees to sell my tickets?
There are no seller fees if you list tickets through your Lakers Account Manager.

How long will my ticket listing be active?
If your tickets are unsold, your listing will come down one hour prior to the game, and tickets will be returned to your account.

Why am I unable to sell my tickets?
Selling may not be available if it is within one (1) hour of the game or if the game has not been paid off. Please contact your Customer Service Specialist with any issues.

What is the minimum price I can list my tickets at?
You may list your tickets as low as 75% of the price listed on the hard ticket.

What happens to my hard tickets after they've been sold?
Once tickets have been sold, the original tickets will not be valid.

How do I get paid for a sale?
You can choose your payment method during the ticket posting process. Money can be used as account credit towards playoffs and/or your full season renewal. You can also have the funds deposited directly into your bank account. For the direct deposit option, your first payment will be sent by check to your mailing address.

What happens if the original ticket shows up to the game after being transferred or resold?
The guest with the original ticket will not be granted entry, and online transferring and reselling privileges may be suspended.
