The one-two punch of Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol was too much for the Clippers, as they led the Lakers to their sixth straight win with a 112-104 victory over their intracity foes.

The Lakers jumped out to a 30-14 lead behind 12 points from Gasol and 11 from Bryant.

When the Clippers chipped the Lakers’ lead down to two in the fourth quarter, Bryant struck back by racking up a dozen more in the final period.

Bryant finished the night with 37 points by shooting 11-of-21 from the field and 14-of-17 at the foul line.

Meanwhile, Gasol scored 26 points and donated $1,000 to Japan earthquake and tsunami relief for each, which was matched by Lakers legend Magic Johnson.

Both teams hit exactly half of their shots, while Mo Williams (30 points) and Blake Griffin (22) fueled the Clippers.

But the purple and gold never trailed, as they outscored their Staples Center co-tenants at the free throw line, 28-15.
