Here’s an early present: the NBA unveiled the Lakers’ latest Christmas Day uniforms on Friday as part of its Season’s Greetings Collection.
L.A.’s purple and cream threads from adidas feature holiday-style script for the word “Lakers” scrawled across the chest, as well as the player’s number below. On the back, a faux wax seal bearing the NBA logo recalls greeting cards for the holidays.
The uniform’s stockings, er, socks, have a Christmas-sweater vibe to them with seasonal colors and print, courtesy of Stance.
Fans can purchase a jersey as well as other seasonal gear this weekend at NBAStore.com and NBAstore.eu. The socks will also be available this weekend at Stance.com, giving Lakers faithful something for their wishlist before Dec. 25’s matchup with the Clippers.
