#42 Walt Hazzard

The Lakers selected Hazzard out of UCLA with the No. 1 pick in the 1964 NBA Draft. During a 10-year career, he spent his first three seasons in Los Angeles, averaging 9.4 points and 3.8 assists. Hazzard helped the Lakers to two NBA Finals appearances during his first two seasons, but they came up short, losing to the Boston Celtics in consecutive years.
