We are unable to arrange for autographs on behalf of individual fans, even if you send in an item. Please do not send items to be autographed, as you should not expect it to be returned (no matter the item).

We will make sure the letter is placed with his fan mail. Please understand that all our players get a lot of mail from fans and may not be able to reply. We do not have public email addresses for the players.
The Los Angeles Lakers, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Lakers”) appreciate your enthusiasm and the time and energy you spend supporting our team. Lakers’ company policy, however, does not allow us to accept or consider any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials (“Submissions”). The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings when Lakers’ branding, logos, promotions, marketing campaigns, product enhancements, slogans or creative artwork might appear to be similar or identical to ideas submitted to Lakers.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSIONS
If despite knowing our policy, you still voluntarily choose to submit your Submissions to Lakers, then regardless of what your Submissions, cover letter or any other materials may say, the following terms shall apply to your Submissions and any other materials you choose to submit, and you hereby agree to the following:
Lakers will consider the Submissions to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Lakers will have no obligations whatsoever concerning the Submissions, including, but not limited to, any obligation to return all or any portion of your Submissions, or any other materials submitted by you, or to acknowledge receipt of any Submissions.Lakers may use, redistribute, or disclose the Submissions for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation for you or any third party.
Please be aware that we cannot arrange for meet and greets with players, even for just an autograph or photo, whether the team is at home or on the road. Due to overwhelming demand, we limit the meet and greets with players that we do schedule to charities and non-profits and are unable to arrange these for individual fans. We are also unable to arrange to get an item sent to us signed by a player. Please do not send any item to be autographed, we cannot guarantee your item will be returned and we will not be responsible for lost items.
The Los Angeles Lakers proudly assist non-profit organizations in Southern California by donating Lakers items to their fundraising events. To request a donation please follow this link: Donations information page
Please read the donation guidelines below:
- Requesting organizations must be a valid 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- The non-profit organization or fundraising event must be based in Southern California.
- Priority is given to Los Angeles non-profit organizations.
- All requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the fundraising event.
- Non-profit organizations are only eligible to receive one donation per calendar year.
The Lakers and Lakers Youth Foundation are pleased to provide tickets to charities that serve fans who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a Lakers game. Group ticket donations are made to non-profit organizations with a valid non-profit tax ID number only; not to individuals. Transportation and food are not included in the group ticket donation. Due to the volume of requests received, donations are limited to 20 tickets per organization, per regular season.
