How it Works

STEP 1
REGISTER FOR THE FAN FIRST PROGRAM

STEP 2
VERIFICATION

Your information will be authenticated and if eligible, you will receive a unique access code to purchase tickets. Due to demand, we cannot guarantee you will be selected to participate in the early access opportunity. Not all eligible invitees will be selected to participate in the pre-sale opportunity. Receipt of a pre-sale access code does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets. Only pre-registered invitees who receive a pre-sale access code will have the opportunity to purchase available tickets. Pre-sale access codes are non-transferable. All tickets are subject to availability.

STEP 3
EARLY ACCESS DAY

You will receive an email on the day of pre-sale with your access code, which is unique to your account, and will be valid for all games during the duration of the presale.

*Pre-registered, eligible invitees who receive a pre-sale code from us will have the opportunity to purchase available tickets, but are not guaranteed the ability to purchase tickets. Eligible registrants will receive a unique pre-sale code by email on the day before the pre-sale. Pre-sale codes may not be purchased or transferred. Purchases must be made on Wednesday, April 5 using the pre-sale code during the applicable pre-sale period; service charges apply. All ticket purchases will be limited to four (4) tickets per customer per game. Offer may be revoked or modified at any time without notice and is subject to availability. The email is simply to inform you that we have received your registration and will be working to authenticate your account and determine eligibility. It doesn’t guarantee that you will be selected to receive a Knicks Fan First pre-sale code.

A second email will be sent to eligible participants on the day of the pre-sale containing a unique pre-sale code. All eligibility will be determined by MSG Sports, LLC in its discretion.

Pre-sale codes will be sent to eligible participants by the Knicks to the email address submitted during the registration process.

No. Registration just lets us know you are interested in buying tickets and allows us to authenticate your account and determine eligibility. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a Knicks Fan First pre-sale code or that you will be able to purchase tickets.

No. Receiving a pre-sale code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets – it means that you’ll simply have access to enter the Knicks Fan First pre-sale. All tickets are subject to availability, and the ability to purchase is not guaranteed.

Eligible participants will receive an email on the day of the pre-sale with a unique code and a link to access the pre-sale. Service charges apply to all purchases. All purchases must be completed during the applicable pre-sale period.

Depending on demand, it is possible that all tickets will be purchased during the Knicks Fan First pre-sale. In the event that tickets remain, there may be additional opportunities to purchase tickets.

A maximum of 4 tickets per game may be purchased by any customer during the pre-sale.
