NEW YORK, March 30, 2022 – Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (NYSE: MSGS) today announced Maker’s Mark has become an Official Marketing Sponsor of the New York Knicks.

As part of the sponsorship, the Knicks and Maker’s Mark are teaming up with the nonprofit organization ROAR NY (Restaurants Organizing, Advocating &amp; Rebuilding) on a platform called “Raise The Bar” to assist the New York City bar and bartender community that has been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Knicks and Maker’s Mark will donate $20,000 for each of the next two years to support the rebuilding of the industry.

“The last two years have been challenging times for everyone, and one business that has truly been hit hard is the bar and restaurant industry, so we are incredibly excited to partner on the Raising The Bar initiative with Maker’s Mark,” said Ron Skotarczak, Executive Vice President, Chief Sales &amp; Marketing Officer, Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. “Whenever we have an opportunity to make a positive impact on the community, we want to work to make that happen and Maker’s Mark shares in that belief.”

NEW YORK, August 24, 2021 – The New York Knicks announced today the preseason schedule for their 75th anniversary season.

The preseason schedule will consist of four games, tipping off at home against the Indiana Pacers on October 5 at Madison Square Garden. The team then heads to Washington D.C. to take on the Wizards on October 9 at Capital One Arena. The Knicks then complete their preseason schedule at home with matchups against the Detroit Pistons on October 13 and the Washington Wizards on October 15. All four preseason games will be televised on MSG Network.

New York Knicks Announce Preseason Schedule

NEW YORK, August 20, 2021 – The New York Knicks announced today the schedule for their 75th anniversary season, which begins with a nationally televised game against their Atlantic Division rival, the Boston Celtics, on October 20 at Madison Square Garden (7:30 PM, ESPN). This marks the fifth time in franchise history that New York begins its season at home against the Celtics and the ninth time overall opening against Boston. The Knicks will then head to Orlando for the team’s first road game of the season on October 22 (7:00 PM). This will be first time since the 1991-92 season and the third time overall that the Knicks open their road schedule in Orlando. This year’s schedule features a return to the NBA’s Christmas Day line-up for the first time since the 2018-19 season. New York will play host to the Atlanta Hawks in a rematch from last season’s Playoffs (NOON, ESPN). This will mark the 54th time in franchise history that the Knicks play on Christmas Day and the third time against the Hawks.

The team will also play on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for the 23rd consecutive season when they take on the Charlotte Hornets at Madison Square Garden on January 17 (1:00 PM).

As part of the team’s 41-game road schedule for the 2021-22 season, New York travels to the West Coast to take on the Los Angeles Lakers on February 5 (8:30 PM, ABC) and then heads to Utah (February 7, 9:00 PM), Denver (February 8, 9:00 PM), Golden State (February 10, 10:00 PM) and Portland (February 12, 5:00 PM). The team’s longest roadtrip is a seven-game stretch, beginning in Philadelphia on March 2 (7:30 PM) and ending in Brooklyn on March 13 (1:00 PM, ABC).

● The team faces each Eastern Conference team four times with the exception of Cleveland, Detroit, Miami and Washington, who they will play three times each.

● The team faces each Western Conference team twice. Notable home games include: the Los Angeles Lakers on November 23 (7:30 PM); the defending Western Conference Champions, the Phoenix Suns, on November 26 (7:00 PM); the Golden State Warriors on December 14 (7:30 PM) and the New Orleans Pelicans on January 20 (7:30 PM).

● The schedule features 22 nationally televised games on ABC/ESPN and TNT after having five such games during the 2020-21 regular season. MSG Networks, the Knicks’ television home, will televise 70 regular season games and all preseason games.

New York Knicks Announce Second Half of 2020-21 Schedule

NEW YORK, NY (December 4, 2020) – The New York Knicks announced today the first half of their 2020-21 schedule. The team tips-off its 75th season on the road against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday, Dec. 23 (7:00 PM, ET). The Knicks square off against the Philadelphia 76ers in the team’s home opener on Saturday, Dec. 26 (7:30 PM), marking the seventh time overall the team has opened its season at home against Philadelphia.

The schedule is highlighted with the Knicks partaking in the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day games for the 22nd consecutive season, facing the Orlando Magic at Madison Square Garden on Monday, Jan. 18 (12:00 PM, ET).

As part of the team’s 19-game road schedule for the first half of the 2020-21 season, New York travels to the West Coast to take on the Golden State Warriors Thursday, Jan. 21 (10:00 PM), the Sacramento Kings Friday, Jan. 22 (10:00 PM) and the Portland Trailblazers Sunday Jan. 24 (9:00 PM).

Prior to the regular season, New York participates in four preseason games. MSG Networks, the Knicks’ television home, will televise 37 regular season games from the first half of the season, and all four preseason games.

NEW YORK, NY (November 10, 2020) – The NBA Board of Governors today unanimously approved adjustments to certain provisions of the current collective bargaining agreement impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2020-21 NBA season will begin Tuesday, Dec. 22.

NEW YORK, NY (August 28, 2020) – The Board of Elections in the City of New York announced today that it has partnered with Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG) to make Madison Square Garden – “The World’s Most Famous Arena” and home to the New York Knicks and New York Rangers – an early voting and Election Day poll site for the 2020 Presidential General Election. Madison Square Garden will serve over 60,000 eligible voters, making it the largest polling site in New York City.

“Madison Square Garden holds a special place in the hearts of New Yorkers, and we are proud to be working with them in ensuring voters can cast their ballots in a safe, spacious and familiar environment,” says Executive Director Michael J. Ryan. “In an election where enthusiasm is at a fever pitch, we recognize the significance of having a venue like MSG on our side to make the process not only more convenient, but really give voters the sense they are part of something exciting and historic.”

Manhattan voters who are assigned to Madison Square Garden can vote early from October 24th thru November 1st with varying hours, including weekends, early morning and evening hour options. Voting booths will be located at Madison Square Garden’s Chase Square, at the 7th Avenue entrance between 31st and 33rdStreets in New York, NY.

Voters can visit https://nyc.pollsitelocator.com/search to find their assigned early voting and general election poll site. Please visit vote.nyc for specific hours of operation throughout the nine-day early voting period. On Election Day (11/3) polls will be open from 06:00am-09:00pm.
