Knicks Sign Quinton Rose

NEW YORK, September 21, 2022 –The New York Knicks announced today that the team has signed guard Quinton Rose to a contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Rose, 6-8, 185-pounds, appeared in 31 total games (two starts) for the Westchester Knicks last season, averaging 7.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists over 22.9 minutes. He also appeared in three games for the Knicks Summer League entry in July, recording 1.3 points and 1.3 rebounds over 3.9 minutes in Las Vegas, NV.

The Rochester, NY-native, played four seasons at Temple University (2016-20) recording 14.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 31.3 minutes in 129 games (102 starts). A two-time All-AAC - Second Team selection, Rose led the Owls to the NCAA Tournament during his junior year after averaging 16.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 34.6 minutes in 33 games (all starts).
