Scott enters his second season with the Kings as Head Video Coordinator and Player Development Coach after previously spending three seasons as the Los Angeles Lakers Head Video Coordinator under Head Coach Luke Walton (2016-19). The Los Angeles native manages the video department to ensure coaching and front office staffs are fully supported, while assisting with in game preparation and individual player development.

Scott began his NBA career with the Lakers in 2011-12, starting in the video room with the L.A. and South Bay Lakers, going on to serve eight seasons with the organization in several capacities. During the summers of 2014 and 2015, Scott was the Head Video Coordinator for the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks where he developed scouting reports on opponents and was involved in daily coaching operations. Will was promoted in 2015-16 to Assistant Coach and Video Coordinator of the South Bay Lakers before being called up to lead the video department for the parent NBA club. A graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Sports Marketing and Management, Scott was a student manager for the Indiana Hoosiers men’s basketball team from 2009-11, assisting in all day-to-day operations.
