Joelle Terry begins her fourth season with the Kings as Senior Vice President of Communications. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic direction to the business and basketball communications, digital, content, broadcast and game entertainment teams.
Before joining the Kings, Terry served as the Director of Government Communications at Comcast NBCUniversal. Prior to that she served as the Deputy Director of Message Events at the White House. She joined the Obama Administration after serving as the Deputy Director of Surrogate Press for the 2008 Obama for America campaign. Prior to the campaign, she served as an Associate in the Dewey Square Group’s Sacramento office. Terry began her career as a member of the 2004 John Kerry for President campaign, where she worked in the regional press office and as a member of the national advance team.
A native of Sacramento, California, Terry graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, San Diego.
