HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Health and safety remain Golden 1 Center’s utmost priority and we continue to work closely with state and local officials to ensure protocols adhere to public health guidelines.

In compliance with state health and safety guidelines, it is recommended but not required for fans to wear masks while in the arena.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) strongly recommends that all fans and guests are fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test before entering Golden 1 Center. Proof of testing or vaccination status is not required. Guidelines may differ for particular concerts and events; please refer to event pages on Golden1Center.com/events for specific protocols.

CONTINUOUS CLEANING

Enhanced, continuous cleaning and disinfecting protocols are implemented in the entire arena – including every hard surface, door, door handle, entry/exit point, stairwell, escalator, handrail, and elevator. These locations are continuously sanitized using hospital-grade technologies such as the use of electrostatic and backpack sprayers and EPA-approved disinfectants.

IMPROVED VENTILATION

All air handlers in the building have been upgraded with hospital grade filters to improve filtration rate, and capture a higher percentage of viruses, bacteria, dust and mold. The building also features 100 percent outside air circulation.
