For the second summer in a row, Omri Casspi has coordinated a trip to Israel with some of his fellow NBA peers as part of the Omri Casspi Foundation.

Last July, the Kings sharp shooting small forward invited DeMarcus Cousins, Caron Butler, Chandler Parsons and more to visit the country he grew up in. This time around, No. 18 was not only joined by fellow NBA players, but by athletes from other sports and celebrities. Actor Jeremy Piven, poker player Maria Ho and UFC star Georges St-Pierre are just a few who teamed up with Casspi for the trip.

On last summer’s excursion, Boogie took a mud bath, experienced a helicopter tour of Israel, traveled through Jerusalem and floated in the Dead Sea.

Casspi has shown to be an incredible advocate for his home land and it will be fun to see what the fan favorite shares from his trip in the coming weeks.

For now, let’s enjoy DeMarcus’ tour of Israel via helicopter and hope he finds the aux cord.
