Boogie Passes Vlade on List of Longest Tenured Kings

Wednesday night's game against the Indiana Pacers marked a milestone in DeMarcus Cousins’ career. Notching his fifth career triple double, he passed Kings Vice President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Vlade Divac on the list of most games played in franchise history.

Boogie’s 455th game as a King broke him into the top 20 of the franchise’s all-time leaders in games played. In the Sacramento-era, Cousins holds sole-possession of seventh place among most tenured Kings.

With 41 more games left in the schedule, Cousins can climb higher up the ladder. Francisco Garcia and Corliss Williamson are next on the list, at seven and eleven more games played, respectively. At the end of the season, he has the potential to be the fourth most-tenured King in the Sacramento-era and thirteenth in franchise history by leapfrogging Mike Bibby, who has played 21 more games.
