Jazz Complete 2015 Summer League Schedule Released

Utah to face two of top three picks in Draft; play at least eight games over two-week span

SALT LAKE CITY (June 16, 2015) – The Utah Jazz announced today the team’s complete 2015 summer league schedule. The Jazz will be the host team for the 2015 Utah Jazz Summer League, presented by America First Credit Union, Pluralsight and Siegfried & Jensen in association with the Utah Sports Commission. The six-game, four-team event will be held on July 6-9 at EnergySolutions Arena. The team will then head to Las Vegas, for NBA Summer League 2015, an 11-day, 67-game event at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the University of Nevada Las Vegas campus.

The Utah Jazz Summer League is a six-game, four-team event to be held July 6-9 at EnergySolutions Arena. Each team will play each other once, with the Jazz opening against the Boston Celtics on July 6 before playing the San Antonio Spurs the next night on July 7. Utah will end the week in Salt Lake facing the Philadelphia 76ers, who own the third pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, on July 9. All Jazz games will start at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on KJZZ 14 Television and The Zone Sports Network (1280 AM/97.5 FM).

The Jazz will also participate in NBA Summer League 2015, marking the second straight year the team will travel to Las Vegas. Utah will play the Miami Heat on Sat., July 11. The Jazz will then face the Minnesota Timberwolves, who owns the first overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, on Mon., July 13 before playing the Phoenix Suns on Tues., July 14 in the team’s final game of the preliminary round. The teams will then be seeded in a tournament, which runs through July 20.  Each team is guaranteed to play at least five games.

NBA TV will televise all 67 games of the NBA Summer League. Fans again will be able to watch games live on NBA.com and via the NBA Game Time App.
