Jazz Acquire Rights to Kendall Marshall from 76ers

The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has acquired the rights to guard Kendall Marshall from Philadelphia in exchange for center Tibor Pleiss and two future second-round draft picks.

Marshall (6-4, 200, North Carolina) is a four-year NBA veteran who has appeared in 160 career games (57 starts) over four seasons with Phoenix, the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee and Philadelphia.

Pleiss (7-3, 256, Germany) averaged 2.0 points and 1.3 rebounds in 12 games as an NBA rookie with the Jazz during the 2015-16 season. He also appeared in 28 games over five assignments for the Jazz’s NBA Development League affiliate, now known as the Salt Lake City Stars.
