Because for the seventh consecutive NBA season, the Utah Jazz and its official health partner, University of Utah Health, are celebrating the delivery of babies born at University Hospital by giving a Utah Jazz/U of U Health blanket to each newborn.

That's just the beginning. Each month, one lucky baby born ANYWHERE in the state of Utah will be selected to receive these great prizes:

• One special edition cover of the "Pick & Crawl" Magazine with your infant as the cover image.
• One customized, toddler-sized Utah Jazz jersey.
• An opportunity to have an image of your baby on the Utah Jazz social media channels, as well as the Utah Jazz Super Screen during a home game.
