Proof Of Vaccination
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test is no longer required for fans attending Utah Jazz games. Other Vivint Arena events will adhere to the specific COVID-19 protocols of the event organizer or concert/show promoter. For non-Jazz games ticket holders should check their particular event status at vivintarena.com
Masks are recommended for all guests.
Bags (including purses) will not be allowed at Vivint Arena. Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed if they are no larger than 14”x14”x6”. Clutches will be allowed but must be no larger than 4”x6”x2”.
All tickets are digital. Digital tickets allow for contactless entry and allow you to manage, access, transfer, and sell your tickets from the Utah Jazz App.
Frequently Asked Questions
All guests attending Jazz games must present proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (taken within 72 hours of the event time) to gain access to the arena. Guests under the age of 12 will be permitted to enter the Arena if they wear a mask at all times.
The following forms of proof of vaccination are accepted:
- A CDC-issued vaccination card including the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date that the last dose was administered
- A digital photo of a CDC-issued vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device
- A printed photo of a CDC-issued vaccination card
- Proof of vaccination via the Docket app will also be accepted
- A digital photo of negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test results that matches the personal identification of the individual. The test must be administered within 72 hours of the event time.

Parking is available at the Park Place parking lot. You can purchase parking before the game using the Utah Jazz App. Park Place is located across from Vivint Arena, at the intersection of 300 West and South Temple.
Prepay for parking via the Utah Jazz App. Upon payment you will be provided a QR code receipt that is specific to the event. Upon arrival at the Park Place lot, show your QR code to the lot attendant for entry. More information featured here.
Doors will open 90 minutes prior to tipoff.
You may enter through doors 2 (Northwest), 5 (Northeast), and 8 (Southeast).

Security screening will be contactless to help ensure the safety of guests and staff. When passing through security you will be asked to keep your phone, keys, wallet, and other belongings above your head while passing through arena metal detectors.
Yes, concession stands will be open during games.
Concessions can be ordered using the Utah Jazz App or by visiting vivintarena.com/order, jazz.ordernext.com or scanning the QR code at each concession location inside the arena. Ordering kiosks will also be available in the atrium inside the main entry and near portals U and G on the main concourse as well as portals HH and VV on the upper concourse.
