When you purchase Hornets season tickets, you become a Swarm365 Member. A Swarm365 Membership is more than simply tickets to all Hornets home games. It is one of the most exclusive memberships in Buzz City. Forgot your tickets the night of the game? Swarm365 Members can be worry-free thanks to the exclusive Swarm365 Member Window located at the Swarm365 Member Entrance. At the Swarm365 Member Window, members can leave and collect will call, purchase additional tickets at their Swarm365 Member rate and manage their Hornets account.
Swarm365 Member Concession Lines
Swarm365 Members can enjoy dedicated members-only concession lines which save you time at the game so you do not miss any of the action. Scan your Buzz ID to gain access and to enjoy a 10% discount on all concessions. Your Buzz IDs must be presented at register to receive discount.
Hornets Fan Shop Privileges

Come early, beat the rush and improve your chances to secure promotional giveaways, while enjoying all Spectrum Center has to offer! The Swarm365 Member entrance opens 30 minutes before general public doors to give Swarm365 Members access to the pregame shoot around.
Swarm365 Member Headquarters
Located just inside the Swarm365 Member Entrance, the Swarm365 Member Headquarters is your customer service center for all Hornets home games. If you have any questions with regards to your membership, please stop by the headquarters to see your personal account manager.

1. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES
The monthly membership dues program allows Swarm365 Members to spread payments, interest-free, over 12 months. The membership will automatically renew each year with members receiving pricing adjustments and an opt-out roughly 30 days prior to the new payment plan starting. Credit Card payments only.
2. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for this one-time installment.
