It is imperative that coaches and trainers understand the tools and fundamentals that have been proven to make players successful, and more importantly they must know how to communicate and teach these skills so that they can motivate and inspire each player, regardless of age or skill level, to reach their full potential.
Many young players have the desire and drive to improve in basketball, but few are being taught the specific fundamentals and techniques that it takes to succeed. Our goal is to teach and reinforce these proven techniques in a fun, positive, and disciplined manner to encourage dedication, fortitude, and a life-long love for the game of basketball, and the Charlotte Hornets.
