FIRST TIME KIDS AND GUESTS

First Time Kids: As part of our initiative to engage with our guests, our team members connect with kids as they enter the building to ask if it’s their first time attending a Hornets game. If it is the kid’s first game, they are directed to the First Time Kids Cart on the concourse. At the First Time Kids cart, they will receive a certificate, First Time Kids button and a cool gift. During the 2018-19 season, there were over 5,000 First Time Kids that visited Spectrum Center.

First Time Guests: In order to engage all of our fans in the building, our First Time Guest program celebrates first time fans that visit Spectrum Center. Our staff is encouraged to engage with guest to identify opportunities where out of town guests as well as first time Spectrum Center guests can be celebrated. First Time Guests are given a special button to wear along with a small gift. For fans who have traveled from great distances, we provide them with special gift bags. We welcomed over 2,000 First Time Guests for the 2018-19 season.

Birthday Bag: To celebrate and thank our fans for celebrating their birthday with us, we ask that all birthday guests complete an online inquiry form and so that we may put together a goodie bag to bring to their seat.
