First Time Kids

Come visit the First Time Kids Carts in section 107 and 216! When Kids come to the First Time Kids Cart, they receive a button, certificate, and may also receive player cards, wristbands, or even popcorn during weekend games

Kids Passport

Upon receiving their Passport, kids will collect their stamp for the given game at one of the Guest Experience Booths in section 103 or 208 and at the First Time Kids Carts in section 107 and 216.

Passport works as a Loyalty Program were kids will be rewarded the 5th, 25th, and 40th game they attend.

First Time Guests

Our First Time Guest program celebrates first time fans that visit Spectrum Center. We encourage the guest to wear their buttons with pride to get recognized around the arena for being First Time Guests. If you’re a First Time Guest, let any of our Guest Experience Ambassadors know or visit the Guest Experience Booth in sections 103 and 208 or let us know here

Sensory Inclusion Program

The Hornets and Spectrum Center have partnered with KultureCity to make our arena sensory inclusive. We want fans with sensory needs to enjoy their experience, so we now have sensory kits available at the Guest Experience Booths outside sections 103 and 208. We look forward to all our guests having a spectacular experience at Spectrum Center.

MAMAVA

Located on the concourse outside section 107, the Novant Health Lactation Suite from Mamava is a self-contained, mobile pod with comfortable benches, a fold-down table, an electrical outlet for plugging in a breast pump and a door that can be locked for privacy. The 4-foot by 8-foot pod is meant for individual use, but can fit more than one person, such as mothers with babies and other children. To access the MAMAVA, you can download the MAMAVA App or for further assistance, please visit the Guest Experience Booth in section 103. The pod at Spectrum Center is Mamava’s first in the city of Charlotte.
