Listen up, rookies! We've got an amazing summer internship program planned for you. Here's how it's all gonna go down.
First, we're splitting up all our interns into teams. You'll get assigned a manager and you'll be tasked with getting done whatever they need each day. Seems simple, right? That's because it is!
Next, your managers will be grading your performance — just like our coaches grade our players — and the best performers are going to be awarded points for their teams. You'll be able to track your performance and monitor your team's progress — right here at this site.
At the end of it all, we're going to crown one team Champion and one hard-working intern our Summer — oh yeah, things are gonna get competitive!
And it wouldn't be a solid rookie summer camp without some catchy names for the days of the week, right? Like TEAMWORK TUESDAYS, where you'll work with your team on your shared group project that you'll have the opportunity to present to HEAT executives... or WORKSHOP WEDNESDAYS, where you'll hear all about what different HEAT employees do... and don't forget Feedback FRIDAYS, where you'll meet one-on-one with your manager to talk about your progress.
