HEAT.com's player spotlight for the first week and a half of the season features Goran Dragić. While the point guard did a nice job of distributing the ball as usual, he also was the beneficiary of some great passes from his teammates. In fact, the Slovenian shot 66.7 percent on catch-and-shoot opportunities through Miami’s first five games. Because of that, he currently leads the team in three-point shooting percentage. Dragić also fared well on the flip side of the ball, as he owns the third-highest net rating on the team (3.4).
The 30-year-old's best outing came on November 1 against the Kings, in which he scored 25 points, grabbed eight boards and dished out eight assists in a 108-96 overtime victory.
