Our True Trainee program offers many opportunities in the organization. Our program is a full time, post-grad, season-long professional internship that will allow passionate, hard-working individuals to obtain real world, hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to break into this industry and learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional sports and entertainment industry.

DEFINITION OF AN ATLANTA HAWKS & STATE FARM ARENA TRAINEE

Seasonal Trainees are viewed and treated as a part of the ATL Hawks and State Farm Arena team, work in line with their respective department and will become a vital part in how the organization operates.

PURPOSE OF THE TRAINEE PROGRAM

The seasonal trainee program is a mutual benefit for both the employer and the Trainee. The program provides a platform for the Trainee to gain firsthand knowledge and exposure to the sports and entertainment industry, building their reputation within our company and the industry, and their professional network.

The program assists in building the company's pipeline, strengthens our brand in the community, and provides a screening process for future hires. In respective departments, the program provides trainee's the opportunities to make valuable contributions to the organization.
