The NBA Draft is Thursday night, and Hawks fans are getting anxious about what President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Danny Ferry and his staff are going to do.  In our first ever fan questions segment, Hawks Social Media Coordinator Jaryd Wilson takes a crack at answering some of the questions fans posted on Twitter with the hashtag #AskHawks.

Note:  We had a lot of questions related to free agency.  We are not permitted to discuss free agents.

I can't speak to what Danny Ferry and his staff are considering, but in my opinion, the Hawks are in a pretty good place.  At point guard, they have two solid ones in Jeff Teague and Dennis Schröder.  DeMarre Carroll, Kyle Korver, Lou Williams and John Jenkins provide depth on the wing.  And as far as big guys go, obviously having two All-Stars in Al Horford and Paul Millsap makes the frontcourt strong, and Pero Antic and Mike Muscala provide a good start to back them up.  All that said, the Hawks have a lot of flexibility as far as what position they can take, so it really comes down to finding the best player available that fits the system and culture that Ferry and Coach Bud are trying to build.

We're still working to finalize our jersey design. They won't look to much different than this year, but will have minor modifications. We're excited to share the design with our fans when we're ready.

As I said above, I can't speak to exactly who Ferry is looking at in the draft.  However, we've complied some mock drafts, so you can click here to see who members of the media think we'll select.
