Purchase your Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket by tapping on the link above. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to register your Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket prior to the first game.
Download the official Memphis Grizzlies mobile app. Open the app navigation menu and select "Arena". Under "Manage Tickets" header, tap on “Manage Your Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket” card to access your Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket. (Note: please use the same email address you used to purchase the pass.)
Access your pass to manage your tickets and select your games.
Use your mobile pass at any entrance for admission to FedExForum and enjoy the game!

Q: When will I be able to start managing my Ticket Bucket?
A: Your account will be live and accessible within the Official Grizzlies Mobile App after you purchase and complete registration. When you download the Grizzlies’ app, make sure to use the same email address used for purchase to create your account. Once inside the Memphis Grizzlies mobile app, open the navigation menu and select "Arena". Under "Manage Tickets" header, tap on the “Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket” card.
Q: If I use all my tickets, can I buy more?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional "buckets" (minimum of 8 tickets) by either clicking the Grizzlies Ticket Bucket card under "Buy Tickets" in the Grizzlies’ Mobile App or by clicking this link.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I am allowed to redeem per game?
A: Yes, you can redeem up to 6 tickets per game, while supplies last.
Q: Once I activate my Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket, can I upgrade my seats?
A: Yes, once you receive your digital tickets and enter FedExForum, you can upgrade your tickets by clicking the Fan Experiences card on the Grizzlies Mobile App under the ‘Arena’ tab.

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The Official Grizzlies Mobile App must also be downloaded for use of the Ticket Bucket.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: The Grizzlies Ticket Bucket is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to FedExForum and seat assignments will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter FedExForum.
Q: Are Grizz Bucket Tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Grizz Bucket purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Grizzlies Ticket Bucket?
A: Your Grizz Bucket can be used for tickets to all Grizzlies home games at FedExForum beginning Nov. 15, 2017 through Dec. 23, 2017, while supplies last.
Q: How do I get into FedExForum with my Grizz Bucket tickets?
A: Your tickets for all games can be found in the Official Grizzlies Mobile App. Once the app has been downloaded, open the app navigation menu and select "Arena". Under "Manage Tickets" header, tap on “Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket” card to access your Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket. Login with the email address you used to purchase and your mobile phone number. Once there, tap on “Fan Hub” in the top left corner to access your tickets. Present your digital barcode to scan for admission into FedExForum.
Q: Am I allowed to enter FedExForum before I receive my seat location for that game?
A: Yes! Your barcode will allow you access into FedExForum, even before your seat location for that game is assigned. Your seat locations are assigned when you redeem for individual games and you will receive your barcode immediately. Note: Barcodes will be grayed out until the day of the game.
Q: How do my guests scan in?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the Grizzlies Mobile App. Your guest(s) will need to arrive to the game with you, or you will need to transfer their tickets to them. To do so, tap “Transfer” below the barcode, entering the email address of the recipient and number of tickets you would like to send, and tap “Transfer” again.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket?
A: No. Seats are limited and purchasers are encouraged to redeem their tickets as soon as possible to ensure the games of their choice. If you do not receive a seat to a specific game, please select another game.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to Guest Services by Section 101 on the Plaza Level when you enter FedExForum and inform them that you need ADA seats. You will still need the Grizz KFC Ticket Bucket barcodes to enter the venue, and need to accept your seats in the app.

Q: Can I sell my Grizzlies Bucket tickets for games that I do not attend?
A: No, tickets are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my tickets with someone else?
A: Yes! You can transfer tickets to friends or family, by tapping “Transfer” below the barcode, entering the email address of the recipient and number of tickets you would like to send, and tap “Transfer” again.
