2022/23 Statement Edition Refresh

Our 2022/23 Statement Edition uniform blends the asymmetrical silhouette of our current uniform system while continuing to showcase our iconic Beale Street Blue color base. Pulling word mark inspiration from our 2001 Memphis jerseys along with integrating our ‘Memphis Soul’ edition side panel and MEM pattern, this uniform reimagines our roots with a refreshed Nxt Gen and Big Memphis style.

The Grizzlies hatchet shaped wordmark harkens back to our 2001 uniform type, incorporates our neon-inspired inline form while framing the word Memphis with a pop of Grizzlies gold.

Our stylized ‘MEM’ is more prominently featured down the asymmetrical right uniform panel, a nod to our 2020/21 ‘Memphis Soul’ City Edition uniform.

Gone is the patterned MEM and replaced with a singular MEM belt buckle, representing our City’s airport code and inspired by shipping containers that can be found on the rivers and roads and railways and runways of Memphis today.

Our ‘MEM’ pattern is once again pulled through our blue collars & short hemline, accented by our ‘BIG’ primary bear icon.
