If you are currently enrolled in our MVP Auto-Renewal program, no action is required to renew your membership for the 2024/25 Season.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- As an MVP 365 member, you already receive exclusive access to everything Grizzlies 365 days a year. Now your year-round membership will never expire and instead will stay active until you tell us otherwise. As a result, you can enjoy your membership benefits with no hassle or interruption, while we continue to invest more resources to enhance your MVP experience.
- For MVP Non-Auto-Renew accounts, you must renew your Season Tickets by Feb. 28, 2024, to guarantee your 2024/25 Season Ticket locations. Please refer to your email for more information on making your selections.
- Non-Auto-Renew MVP accounts will pay our one-year MVP Plus price. In order to receive the lowest MVP Member price for the 2024/25 season, contact your Account Executive and complete signup for our Auto-Renew process to save even more money on your MVP Season Ticket pricing.
- Option 1: Pay in full by Feb. 28, 2024 and guarantee your seats and MVP Season Ticket Pricing.
- Option 2: Pay in three installments with first payment due by Feb. 28, 2024 and guarantee your seats and MVP Season Ticket Pricing. Other installments will be processed May 31 and August 31.
- Option 3: Complete MVP Auto-Renew form to be eligible to choose a 12-month payment plan with first payment due by Feb. 28, 2024 and guarantee your seats and the lowest MVP Season Ticket Member Pricing.
- Please Note that MVP Season Ticket Payments are non-refundable. Those accounts that do not have an MVP Auto-Renew form on file by Feb. 28, 2024 will pay our one year MVP Plus renewal price.
- For those already in the MVP Auto-Renew program, no action is needed. Your Initial payment will be processed on Feb. 28, 2024, following the previous payment schedule on your account.
- To change your payment options or other questions please call your Account Executive at (901)888-HOOP.
- All MVP’s that do not enroll in our MVP Auto-Renewal program can still renew, but will pay the MVP Plus renewal price.
- If you elect to join the MVP Auto-Renewal program prior to the deadline Feb. 28, 2024, check your email for your renewal information to receive the lowest MVP Season Ticket price for the 2024/25 season.
- In February of 2025, you will receive renewal information for the 2025/26 season where you will be given one month to opt out.
- Otherwise, your seats will be renewed using your current payment method and option previously selected in Feb. 2024.
- All renewed accounts will receive a relocation time slot for our Online Relocation in March. Information on relocation timing will be sent later in February. Please note, due to high Season Ticket demand, relocating accounts will not be able to add seats during our relocation process. If you have two seats, you can relocate to two other seats, but will not have the option to purchase additional seats until after the MVP Relocation process is complete.
- Due to record demand for MVP Season Ticket Memberships, accounts can have a maximum of 4 Season Tickets per account. As a renewing MVP, with less than 4 seats, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional seats prior to the public on-sale of Season Tickets by placing a $100 per terrace seat or $250 per plaza/pinnacle seat deposit during the renewal process . Additional Season Tickets will be available at the conclusion of our MVP Relocation Process, prior to new sales being available to the general public. Please contact your Account Executive for more information.
- All Season Ticket Members must make a payment in order to secure their seats for the 2024/25 season. If the payment is not made by the deadline, your seats will be subject to cancellation and used to upgrade existing Season Ticket Members.
- As an MVP, you have the ability to sell or transfer your individual game tickets throughout the season. However, in order to ensure that all true-blue Grizzlies fans have the opportunity to purchase Season Tickets, accounts that sell a substantial portion of their seats during the season will be subject subject to cancellation and forfeiture of MVP benefits, Including the opportunity to purchase Playoff Tickets. - MVP Season Ticket Membership status and seat location is non-transferable. If you do not wish to renew your Season Ticket Membership, your seat location will be dropped and placed into inventory for other MVPs to relocate into.
