Grizz Pass FAQ
What games are included with each monthly pass?
Each month’s payment gives you access to the included games that month. There are 4 monthly plans available. January/February will include January games and the first two games in February. Febraury/March will include Feb 28 game and March games.
Does my pass automatically renew each month?
Yes, you must opt out by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Grizz Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for January you must opt out prior to December 25 via the online form. The opt out form is located below.
What games are excluded from the Grizz Pass?
11/19 vs. Warriors
11/23 vs. Lakers

1/12 vs. Warriors

Where can I sit each game?
You are guaranteed a seat in the terrace level for each game included in your pass, but your specific seat location will vary each game. Seat location is randomly assigned each game so seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
How do I get my seat location?
You will need to register your pass first. Registration instructions will be sent to the purchaser’s email address prior to the first game. Once registered you will receive a text message 7 hours prior to each game with your seat assignment(s). You will need accept your seats on your mobile device to indicate you are going to the game. For each game, you must accept your seats on your mobile device 2 hours prior to game time to guarantee your seats.
What if I lost the text message with my pass?
Simply access to Grizzlies mobile app, log in to your profile, click the ‘Ticket Bug’ and tap on the Grizz Pass link. You can also navigate to grizzpass.com from your mobile device, log in, and then tap on the pass tab. If you have any problems please go to exp.app.com/contact
How do I get into FedExForum with my pass?
You will receive a text message with a link to access your pass via the Grizzlies app on the day of each game. This will provide you with a barcode that you can use to scan for entry into the arena. You can also go to GrizzPass.com from your mobile device, log in and tap on the pass tap to access your bar code.
How does my guest scan in?
All barcodes will be on one device inside the Grizzlies app. If you have a group of two, both barcodes can be scanned from one mobile device so you and your guess need to arrive at FedExForum together.
If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be together?
Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats together.
How many passes can I buy?
You can buy up to four passes per account.
Can I sit next to my friend who also purchased a Grizz Pass?
Yes, everyone who purchases a Grizz Pass has the opportunity to link their pass to another pass buyer on a game by game basis. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to the buyer after a pass is purchased.
Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I purchase the pass if I don’t have an I-Phone or Android Phone?
The Grizz pass is a mobile only program. There are no printed tickets and you must use the mobile web or the Grizzlies mobile app to gain admission into the game.
