What if I lose or misplace my Grizzlies tickets?
By logging onto My MVP Account, you will receive access to our ticket forwarding system. By entering your Account ID Number or e-mail address and Password/Pin number (found on the bottom right hand corner of your ticket invoices and the back of your MVP Card) you will be able to e-mail a printable version of the tickets, which you or your guests will be able to use at the door.
Upon forwarding my tickets via “My MVP Account”, will someone still be able to use my lost tickets?
No, once tickets are forwarded the barcode from the original tickets is void.
What do I need to do if my address changes?
For your own protection we will only accept written notification of a change of address by the primary season ticket holder on the account. This notification must be submitted by U.S. Mail to: Memphis Grizzlies, Attn: Ticket Services, 191 Beale Street , Memphis, TN 38103. Or you can fax notification to 901.205.1444. It must be signed by the primary season ticket holder.
What do I need to do if my e-mail, phone and fax numbers change?
Since we do a large percentage of communication through e-mail and phone, it is very important to have this information updated on your account. Please contact your Service Account Executive immediately to make changes to your contact information.
Are playoff tickets part of my season ticket package?
While Playoff tickets are not part of your season ticket package, you get first rights to your same seats for the Playoffs and first right to purchase additional Playoff tickets. MVP’s always receive priority when they purchase playoff tickets.
How do I make a reservation at Opus Restaurant on the Club Level at FedExForum?
Premium, Courtside and Club Holders can make dinner reservations at Opus, FedExForum's fine dining restaurant. Reservations are accepted from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday beginning two (2) weeks prior to each event. On game days, the Reservation Line will close at 3 p.m. If you would like to make a reservation, please call 901.205.1830.
Are animals allowed inside FedExForum?
FedExForum welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
Are there ATM’s located inside of FedExForum?
For your convenience, First Tennesee ATM machines are located inside FedExForum.
What carrying items can I bring into FedExForum?
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted inside FedExForum, and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers at the arena. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle.
When is the FedExForum Box Office open?
The box office is open M-F 10am - 5:30pm and from Noon to 5pm on Saturday. More information about the FedExForum Box Office.
How Does Will Call work?
For your convenience, Grizzlies Will Call services are available for our fans. On game days, guests may pick up tickets at the Will Call window at the box office. Guests will be required to present valid photo identification. Will Call tickets can also be picked up on non-game days at the FedExForum Ticket Office.

A ticket is required for children 24 months and older.
