Career Notes: Signed a contract for the 2002-03 season with Virtus Bologna (Italy) but was injured and returned to Dijon where he quickly moved back into starting lineup. Began his career with Dijon’s junior team in 1997-98 and made his debut with the top club in 1998-99 as a deep reserve. Has steadily increased his contributions and his playing time every season as he adjusted to playing point guard.

(2002-03): Asked to shoot and score more, he delivered with career-highs of 14.4 ppg and 4.3 apg. In a victory over Le Havre, posted 24 points (on 9-for-13 shooting), seven rebounds and six assists. In a loss to Le Mans, tallied 24 points, six assists and five rebounds. Posted 22 points and five assists vs. Pau Orthez.

(2001-02): In first season as a starter, averaged 24 minutes, 10.8 points, 3.1 assists and 2.5 rebounds. Scored season-high 21 points twice, vs. Hyeres-Toulon and vs. Nancy. In stellar effort vs. Nancy, hit all five three-point attempts and added eight assists. In win over Bourg-en-Bresse, tallied 20 points, seven assists and four rebounds.

(2000-01): Became regular backup at point guard, averaging 7.0 points, 2.9 assists and almost one steal in 18 minutes per game. Improved three-point shooting to 36.7%. Scored 19 points in playoff victory over Strasbourg, hitting 7-of-14 shots from the field. Scored season-high 20 points vs. Bourg-en-Bresse, hitting all four of his three-point attempts. Hit for 16 points vs. Montpellier.

(1999-00): Played about 11 minutes per game for 4.4 ppg in first full season with team. Exploded for season-high 19 points in 17 minutes vs. Strasbourg, hitting three three-point field goals.

(1998-99): Made his debut with Dijon, playing 62 total minutes in 12 games (5.2 mpg).

Strengths: Has become increasingly comfortable at point guard position although he has many shooting guard attributes. Uses lateral quickness well to defend opposing point guards.

Personal: Nickname is “Patch.”
