Career Notes: Has been a member of the Bulgarian National Team. As a young player, he was with Partizan Belgrade of Serbia/Montenegro, one of the most powerful teams in Europe. Also spent some time in juniors with Efes Pilsen, one of Turkey’s most potent teams. Returned to Bulgaria in search of meaningful playing time. With Levski, won the 2001 Bulgarian National Championship.

(2002-03): Played with Levski in Bulgaria. In the FIBA Champions Cup, averaged 9.9 points and 5.4 rebounds in 22 minutes per game.

(2001-02): Played with Levski in Bulgaria (no stats available at press time).

(2000-01): Made the rounds, from being tested by Bologna in Italy, returning to Partizan, then being traded to CSKA Sophia and finally joining Levski. In Korac Cup, played 16 minutes per game as a top reserve, averaging 4.8 points and 2.1 rebounds while making 11 of 18 shots from the field (61.1%).

(1999-00): Joined Partizan of Serbia/Montenegro, but did not play with the top level team as an 18-year-old.
