About Jerome Robinson
Jerome Robinson is a fluid, talented scorer with good size who can play both on and off the ball. An unheralded prospect in the high school class of 2015, Robinson emerged as an immediate contributor for the Eagles averaging 11.7 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists as a true freshman. Stepping into a larger role as a sophomore, Robinson really came into his own as a junior finding his range from the perimeter both off the catch and off the dribble and played some of his best basketball against the ACC’s best teams. Averaged 20.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game last season to earn All-ACC First Team honors in the process.
- Measured 6’5 in shoes with an average 6’7.25 wingspan and a lean 188-pound frame at the 2018 NBA Draft Combine. Has nice fluidity and explosiveness.
- Played a key role for a Boston College team that leaned heavily on their prolific backcourt. Led the Eagles in scoring and finished as their second most prolific passer. Scored in a variety of ways from the perimeter posting gaudy efficiency numbers scoring out of ball screen actions and in catch and shoot situations.
- Solid defender who lacks a degree of length and physicality. Allowed just 0.735 points per Isolation possession[58th percentile] showing some ability to stay attached on the perimeter. Has some room to be a bit more disciplined both on and off the ball. Has some potential as a team defender.
