Jam vs. Vipers Game 1 to be Nationally Televised
BAKERSFIELD, April 4, 2011— Several of the NBA’s top prospects, along with Lakers forward Derrick Caracter and Clippers guard Willie Warren, can be seen on national television this Friday night when the Bakersfield Jam, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, hosts the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in Game 1 of the First Round match-up of the 2011 NBA D-League Playoffs. The game will be played at the Jam Events Center and will be broadcast on VERSUS at 8:30 p.m. PT.
Games 2 and 3 (if necessary), will be played at Rio Grande Valley on Tuesday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 13, and can be seen on nba.com/futurecast.
The Jam are 2-2 against the Vipers this season, going one-and-one at State Farm Arena in December and splitting a series at the Jam Events Center in March.
