LOS ANGELES - The L.A. Clippers didn’t panic after their 97-95 loss to the Utah Jazz in Game 1 of the 2017 NBA playoffs. With Game 2 coming up on Tuesday at 7:30 pm PT at Staples Center, there was little time to dwell on that disappointment, and even less reason to do so.

“There’s still progress,” said Chris Paul. “We’re just going to keep defending. I’m pretty confident our offense will come. But, we’ve been saying it for years, ‘Offense is something that comes and goes.’ We want to be able to hang our hat on defense. That’s what we’re trying to do.”
